CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE

8:30 - 5:00pm Monday - Friday
Blue Harlan is a partner to this high volume distributor of office supplies located in Lombard, IL. We currently are looking for a Customer Service Representative who has a strong work history, an upbeat personality, and a great phone presence. We are here to help and support our customer's needs with great service, there is no cold calling or upselling. Seeking order entry experience as well.
Team members are dedicated and hardworking while our culture is casual and down-to-earth. The company has 40 employees and great management!
Key Responsibilities
- Ability to work in a high call volume center environment.
- Attention to detail and accuracy when entering orders is a must
- Effective communicator with active listening skills.
- Proficient at understanding the customer’s needs.
- Resolve product and/or order issues promptly.
- Competent in multi-tasking and working independently.
- Light domestic travel to trade shows.
Key Requirements
- 2+ years of previous Customer Service experience preferred
- Call Center experience, a plus
- Data/order entry experience in windows based system required
- Ability to provide a high level of Customer Service to our customers
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- BA or Associates Degree preferred
