SalaryResponsibilities:
- Handle inbound calls, faxes, and emails efficiently.
- Serve as a liaison between customers, sales teams, and internal departments.
- Manage order entry processing, including returns and credits.
- Handle e-mail inquiries regarding price quotations, orders, adjustments, and cancellations.
- Coordinate all aspects of order flow and maintain customer rapport.
- Utilize Oracle and PHP systems to retrieve and update customer information and purchase orders.
- Verify shipments with warehouse personnel and address any concerns.
- Resolve issues related to invoices, credits, or payment history with the finance department.
- Monitor open orders daily for assigned accounts and sales representatives.
Skills and Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Strong interpersonal skills for effective communication with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Ability to troubleshoot and solve customer-related problems.
- Effective time management and organizational abilities.
- Capacity to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy in processing orders and maintaining records.
- Familiarity with Oracle and PHP systems preferred.
- International order processing background a plus
