Customer Service/Order Entry

Job Overview:
Emecole Metro LLC is looking for an energetic and enthusiastic personality that pays close attention to detail. We expect this individual to uphold the highest standards of service and aim to please customers and resolve any issues with win/win solutions. This individual should be positive, helpful, and know how to listen and clearly communicate with their customers.

Duties Include (but are not limited to):

• Assist sales representatives with stock checks, pricing, and processing orders
• Process payments on account or at time of ordering
• Gain knowledge of all new product lines
• Resolve customer service issues
• Work cooperatively in team environment
• Greet and assist customers with selections and follow-through on their orders
• Enter orders, follow-up on back-orders
• Answer phone inquiries including over the phone orders
• Multitask and prioritize work through effective time management
• Maintain a neat and organized workspace
• Work within the framework of the company's defined policies, procedures, goals, and directives.
• Any other duties required of the position

Minimum Qualifications:

• 1+ years of sales support / customer service
• High School Degree or Equivalent
• Excellent Email and Computer skills
• Excellent and professional phone skills
• Bilingual in Spanish a plus
• Prior customer service experience is a plus
• Friendly and outgoing personality
• Positive attitude
• Excellent verbal English communication skills
• Detail-oriented
• Self-motivated and proactive -willing to take the extra step!
• Demonstrate integrity, professionalism, and perseverance.
