Job Description:
Culligan Water is currently seeking a Part - time CSR who will pleasantly engage with customers to consistently address their needs in a helpful and professional manner. The CSR will work in a team atmosphere by answering phones and emails, scheduling service appointments, updating and maintaining customer records, processing payments, offering customer products, and participating in special projects as assigned.
A Customer Service Representative’s job duties include but are not limited to:

Job Description:

A Customer Service Representative’s job duties include but are not limited to:
- Resolve product or service concerns by communicating effectively with teammates and other departments to clarify the customer's complaint, determine the cause and explain the best solution. Expediting correction or adjustment and following up to ensure resolution.
- Promote additional services and products to customers as needed.
- Assist walk in customers
- High School Diploma or GED, Associates Degree or Equivalent.
- Customer service and multi-line telephone experience.
- Demonstrate active listening, verbal communication and critical thinking skills.
- Use of Interpersonal Skills with Problem Solving
- Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work independently, utilizing time management.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed set goals.
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs.
