Description:
Hours:
Monday-Friday
4 days working an 8 hour shift between 8am-7pm EST with one day (they are flexible) being an 11am-8pm EST that they can coordinate with their manager on which day of the week it is
-This is a 3rd party healthcare call center team who answers calls on behalf of hospital systems
-Handle incoming calls from patients on behalf of hospitals
-Walk customers through payment questions/options
-Handle calls pertaining to explanation of benefits (EOB)
-Handle questions pertaining to bill discrepancies or insurance errors
-Answer questions on next steps for payment options
-Direct to the correct department
Additional Skills & Qualifications:
-Minimum of 2 years of call center experience (at the same company) in either healthcare or insurance/banking.
-Microsoft Office
-Data Entry
