Customer Service Specialist (Semi-Remote)

Our Corporate Headquarters is looking to hire a Customer Service Specialist. This position is semi- remote. Candidate will remote into office at least 2 to 3 times a week.

Reports To: Loan Servicing Manager

Salary Range: $20 to $22 per hour
Summary:Customer Service Specialist will interact with customers via telephone or email to provide support to Borrowers regarding transition to new loan servicer
Duties and Responsibilities include, but not limited to, the following.

• Maintain a polite, helpful, and professional manner at all times.
• Promptly respond to customer queries via email and phone.
• Notate files regarding customer communications.
• Immediately escalate serious complaints or issues.
• Liaise with management to find the best solutions to customers' issues.
• Identify common problems, along with suggestions for improvement, wherever possible.
• Obtain and share customer feedback with management.
• Respect client confidentiality at all times.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

5+ Years Customer Service experience
Bi-Lingual preferred.
