JOB SUMMARY: The specialist’s role is diverse and will work at keeping processes running smoothy and tracking of all the moving pieces from inbound order to outbound shipping. Role includes becoming product expert, Customer Service and order entry. Best candidate will be detailed oriented, focused, nimble in managing and growing in varied responsibilities and passionate about providing excellent customer experience.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Become product expert to assist customers with recommendations when requested, and answer customer product questions.
- Collaborate with other departments to learn product design, construction and process to become subject matter expert in all aspects of the order cycle.
- Monitor and oversee the service queue for inbound requests and manage within acceptable time frame outlined.
- Professionalism in all communication forms – phone, e-mail and text messaging.
- Troubleshoot order issues. Determine root cause and address.
QUALIFICAITONS:
- Two plus years’ experience in Customer Service environment. E-commerce experience is desirable.
- Proficient in Microsoft Applications
- Good reading, math and analytical skills with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Must be able to adhere to process, and have ability to plan, organize and monitor work with minimal supervision.
- Perform other duties as needed or assigned by manager.
- Does all work in accordance with company safety requirements.
- Must be a team player, detail oriented and able to work in fast paced environment.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
- Work involves sitting, walking, talking, hearing, and using a variety of office equipment.
- Vison abilities require close vision assessments.
- Work involves lifting, pushing, and pulling up to 25 pounds occasionally.
- Required to stoop, bend, kneel, and crouch occasionally.

This position reports to the Customer service Manager.
