```Overview:
We are looking for someone who is responsible & dependable, that is detail oriented with excellent communication and customer service skills to join our team. Experience is not required, but a willingness to learn is.
Duties:
- Process international import and export shipments
- Communicate and collaborate with international shippers, agents, freight forwarders, carriers, truckers and customers that facilitate import and export shipments
- Communicate with U.S. C.B.P. and other Partner Government Agencies that have interest in international import and export shipments
- Review, monitor, track & trace import and export shipments and provide updates to our customers
- Provide excellent customer service throughout the import and export process
Qualifications:
- Outstanding communication and customer service skills
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
