Versatex a division of d.e. Foxx & Associates, is seeking an experienced Customer Service Specialist.
Position Summary:
The Customer Service Representative (CSR) performs the critical support and administrative functions needed to ensure the Customer Support Teams functions efficiently.
Time management is an essential part of the Customer Service Representative role. The CSR will work with clients, vendors, and internal departments to ensure requests move through the portal accurately and timely.
CSR Key Responsibilities:
Process and manage daily requests and queries from end users and vendors regarding purchase orders, invoices, and other related issues.
Responsible for transaction timeliness, accuracy, and completeness
Provides Customer Support and training to end users
Maintain compliance with service level agreements and key performance indicators.
Work cross-functionally to ensure the accuracy and integrity of the data held in the P2P system.
Resolve service problems, determining the cause of the problem and the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction and following up to ensure timely resolution.
Provides timely feedback to leadership regarding system issues and/or customer concerns.
Accurate and timely (daily/weekly/monthly) delivery of client reports.
Serve as a professional representative of Versatex to ensure best in class service.
The CSR will be responsible for all other duties as assigned.
Experience & other Role Requirements:
Ability to communicate effectively and clearly verbally and in writing.
Ability to interact and communicate with all levels of staff and management
Strong organizational and analytical skills with the ability to multi-task effectively and efficiently
1-3 years’ working with a computer software package (excluding Office Tools) examples: ERP, work order system, issue tracker, call center software; etc.
Working knowledge and experience supporting multiple large clients using a combination of software solutions
Work effectively and strategically with minimal direction.
Ability to work effectively with cross-functional departments
Ability to establish positive and strong working relationships with both internal and external customers
All Other duties as assigned to ensure successful operation of the program.
