Ecommerce Website Customer Service & Management *Amazon Specialist*
A permanent position with full benefits is available immediately at Pond and Garden Depot (parent company: Green Vista, Inc.) in Kettering, OH. This is a unique, new position in a local business assisting in the continued growth & development of multiple ecommerce sales channels with a special focus on Amazon.com.
Work in a non-corporate environment where creativity is encouraged and have the ability to share ideas directly with ownership to shape the direction of a fast growing ecommerce company.
Position is a Monday-Friday first-shift position with minimal, if any, weekend work required (only on occasion during peak sales periods). Benefits include: paid training, paid vacation, paid Holidays, paid personal days, Health Insurance Stipend and more.
Duties: Include, but not limited to the following:
Primary:
-Serving as the in-house "expert" for our Amazon.com sales channel including managing shipments, products and listings on Amazon.com.
-Editing, maintaining and improving our product catalog on Amazon.com including researching and suggesting new products to offer.
-Responsible for all aspects of the management and the continued development of our Amazon SFP (Seller Fulfilled Prime) program.
-Responsible for all aspects of the management and the continued development of our Amazon FBA (Fulfillment by Amazon) program.
-Assists in all aspects of the management and the continued development of our Custom Pro and Green Vista Amazon “Brands” including the continued development of our recently implemented “A+ content” to those brand catalogs.
- Continually educating yourself on the latest tactics, approaches and best practices to successfully manage and grow our Amazon sales channel.
-Learning our pond & landscape product line, as required to fulfill the previous duties and provide excellent Customer Service to online customers.
Secondary:
-Develop a working knowledge (cross training) of our other sales channels (Ebay, Pondandgardendepot.com, etc.).
-Occasionally assist with purchasing & receiving inventory as needed or directed.
-Occasionally assist with order pulling, packaging and processing during peak times as needed or directed.

Job requirements:
-Excellent writing skills, organization skills, people skills & attitude required!
-Excellent web skills & ability to learn and utilize a wide range of software.
-Experience with Amazon, eBay, Shopify, BigCommerce or similar e-commerce platforms a plus.
-Experience with Federal Express, UPS, USPS and LTL shipment processing a plus.
-Experience with html, web design, maintenance & marketing tools a plus.
-Experience with digital photography a plus.
-Physically fit and ability to lift 50 lbs on a regular basis

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
