We are seeking a Customer Care Expert with supervisory, coordination or operations experience for part time or full time per week and a fairly flexible schedule.
We are especially interested in finding like minded people with a passion customer care, operations and management of shop and a desire to grow with the business. This person will have an attitude of excellence, entrepreneurial spirit, and professional demeanor. With a desire to help build a positive and productive team atmosphere. This is a fast paced environment so a strong work ethic and healthy sense of urgency is vital.
Potential to learn floral design is also an option for the right person.
Daily duties include tasks such as:
- Customer Care: taking orders, answering questions, etc
- Assisting customers in retail space and over phone
- Assisting in daily operations, very organized and detail-orientated
- Delivery and order coordination
- Assist in opening/ closing shop once trained
- Daily design room operations such as processing flowers, cleaning, etc.
- Possibly learning floral design
You will be working with the team to build a stellar reputation in the community. Being able to maintain high standards and process constructive criticism is a must. Our shop is working hard to build and establish a brand and style. Everyone on the team is responsible for making sure each gift that leaves our shop represents us well and the client’s vision to the best of our ability. Seeking strong team members that are comfortable maintaining excellence while being both quick and efficient.
A sample of working conditions include:
- Continuous hand manipulation including grasping, pushing, pulling, and fine skills
- Reaching above head and at shoulder level
- Standing and bending for 8 to 12 hours per day (possibly more during holidays)
- Lifting and carrying up to 50 lbs
We are open 6-days a week. Seeking someone available to work Saturdays as needed. Understand that during the holidays, these are busy times for florists and we will need a strong team that can work as many hours as needed.

We use a 90-day period to gauge your ability and make sure we’re all a good match. Your final pay rate will be determined at your 90-day evaluation.
