Customer Service Specialist (Bilingual French)

Positions We Are Filling: We are hiring Customer Service Specialists.
Where: Our Bellevue, Washington office is just off I-90 in Eastgate, with free employee parking and close bus service.
Schedule: Full-Time. Monday through Friday, 8 hours per day. 8:30-5:00 PST.

Dans notre Service Clientèle, vous serez amenés à:

Experience: New to Customer Service and insurance? That's okay! We offer paid training. If you already have customer-service experience, you may earn a higher hourly rate.
We Are Looking for: Great communication skills, a positive attitude, and an interest in learning how to provide excellent Customer Service.
Requirements:

• Good typing skills: 40+ words per minute - if you are not sure of your typing level, we can test you and provide guidance on improving your typing skills
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Must speak, read and write French fluently
