Our agency is looking to add a Real Estate Assistant to our team all from the comfort of your home. In this role, you provide administrative support to our agents and other office staff. Duties and Responsibilities
- Answer phone calls and assist customers with great service
- Maintain appointment calendars for agents
- File and maintain all necessary documents for the office
- Follow up with potential clients
- Post active property listings from our database on our social media accounts
Requirements and Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Customer service experience preferred but not required
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Willing to undergo a background check
- Flexible schedules/ Work from home
