Archive is building an 'operating system for resale' that delivers a customized online secondhand marketplace site and the underlying infrastructure and operations to plug into all of the other facets of a brand's global resale strategy.
Archive is looking for an experienced product leader to drive core product development across the company. This is a highly critical and strategic role that will require working with cross-functional teams and company leadership to interpret and refine complex requirements, define roadmap direction and drive product execution.
About the role
- Define and maintain Archive's core product roadmap and set the long-term strategic vision for product at Archive.
- Work cross-functionally to streamline / develop Archive's product development process
- Work directly with design and engineering to drive product execution across all of our core products including our consumer facing e-commerce platform and our B2B software.
- Actively seek input from cross-functional leaders and build conviction in product direction while carefully balancing and recalibrating company priorities against customer needs.
- Document feature definition and changing requirements to drive alignment around a single source of truth for all key product initiatives.
- Manage communication and drive decision-making between key stakeholders across Archive's internal teams including Implementation, Brand Success, Customer Support, Sales, StratOps, Engineering and Design.
About you
- You're excited about being responsible for the definition and delivery of a complex "Resale as a Service" product ecosystem that delivers value to both consumers and business users.
- You have demonstrated experience navigating a wide array of stakeholders and are up to the challenge of balancing inputs across consumers, enterprise customers, logistics partners and a variety of different internal teams.
- You have the ability to understand diverse client needs and synthesize them into a scalable yet customizable platform capabilities and features.
- You are highly analytical in your approach, capable of handling nuances and requirement details while also thinking broadly and strategically.
- You have strong written and verbal communication skills and a propensity for translating complex ideas and projects into clear and concise visions for products you own.
- You are mission driven and love the fact that the better we do as a company, the less waste we'll see in the world.
Skills / Experience
- Must: 5+ years PM experience in tech, software or related industry
- Must: Experience in an B2B and/or enterprise SaaS company
- Must: Experience in a remote or remote-hybrid culture
- Bonus: E-commerce experience and/or familiarity with the circular economy
- Bonus: Ex-founder or first product hire at a successful tech startup (ideally Series A/B)
$165,000 - $220,000 a year

The team is currently remote-first with hub offices in NY and LA and optional in-person work for those located in either of those two cities. Occasional travel expected.
