Seeking a Customer Service Specialist to join our team at Price Ford Lincoln. As a Customer Service Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional Customer Service to our clients in the service department. You will work closely with our service advisors and technicians to ensure that our customers receive timely and efficient service for their vehicles. You will be handling phone calls and online appointment requests in order to provide an excellent customer experience.
DUTIES:
- Greet and welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Schedule service appointments and follow up with customers to confirm appointments
- Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding their vehicle repairs and maintenance
- Handle customer complaints and concerns in a calm and professional manner, and escalate issues to management when necessary
- Maintain a high level of knowledge about our products and services
- Work collaboratively with our service advisors and technicians to ensure that Customer Service goals are met
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
QUALIFICATIONS:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of experience in a Customer Service role, preferably in the automotive industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Knowledge of automotive systems and repairs is a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other computer applications
