We are seeking a dynamic, solution-oriented and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative at our Wiggins branch.

Experience
- Prior customer-facing experience is beneficial
- Cash handling experience is beneficial
Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
Skills
- Familiarity with Google Workspace
- Effective written and verbal communication
- Patience, flexibility, and compassion
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and colleagues
Responsibilities of the position…
Key Accountabilities
- Handle customer transactions
- Assist customers with inquiries, issues, and account opening/maintenance
- Utilize bank tools and knowledge to guide customers to appropriate products and services (no sales)
- Communicate with customers in person, over the phone, and through our online chat system
- Participate in shared daily duties and cross-training to ensure team flexibility
- Collaborate with other High Plains Bank team members
- Embrace a dynamic work environment where each day brings new challenges and opportunities

- Be adaptable and take on tasks as necessary
- Serve as an ambassador for the bank, promoting positive relations with the customers and the community

Target compensation range
- $17.00-$22.00 per hour based on experience and qualifications - other factors may be considered

- 8-5 Monday - Friday
