We are seeking a dynamic, solution-oriented and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative at our Wiggins branch.

What you bring to High Plains Bank…

Experience

• Prior customer-facing experience is beneficial
• Cash handling experience is beneficial

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent

Skills

• Familiarity with Google Workspace
• Effective written and verbal communication
• Patience, flexibility, and compassion
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and colleagues

Responsibilities of the position…

Key Accountabilities

• Handle customer transactions
• Assist customers with inquiries, issues, and account opening/maintenance
• Utilize bank tools and knowledge to guide customers to appropriate products and services (no sales)
• Communicate with customers in person, over the phone, and through our online chat system
• Participate in shared daily duties and cross-training to ensure team flexibility
• Collaborate with other High Plains Bank team members
• Embrace a dynamic work environment where each day brings new challenges and opportunities

• Be adaptable and take on tasks as necessary
• Serve as an ambassador for the bank, promoting positive relations with the customers and the community

Target compensation range

• $17.00-$22.00 per hour based on experience and qualifications - other factors may be considered

Physical Requirements

• Prolonged periods of sitting or standing and working on a computer

• In person at our Wiggins, CO branch
• 8-5 Monday - Friday
