Job Description - Dispatcher
Pinnacle Car Services, Inc. is looking for a self-motivated, confident individual to join our Transportation Division located in Springdale, Arkansas as a Transportation Coordinator. We are looking for candidates with strong Customer Service skills and data entry experience who can jump right in and make decisions with little to no direction.
- The job is fast-paced, demanding and rewarding, requiring the ability to multitask while remaining detail oriented.
- The job involves customer communication, dispatch communication, and compliance.
- Eligible candidates will have a positive attitude and ability to relate to our clients and internal customers (drivers).
Job Responsibilities include, and are not limited to:
- Fielding a very high volume of calls from clients scheduling rides and updating existing rides.
- Direct drivers to the next location.
- Dispatch rides accurately and on-time.
- Accurately provide pricing for rides to clients.
- Ability to multitask and manage diverse details to excel in a high energy environment with shifting priorities.
- Attention to detail is critical.
- Excellent listening skills and communication skills.
Qualifications:
- Eligible candidates must have flexible work hours, including some long days and weekends.
- Candidates must be at least 18 years old to apply.
- Candidates must have experience with MS Office, Google Office Suite and Gmail.
- Data entry and Customer Service experience is a plus but not required.
- Bi-lingual a plus but not required.
