Position Duties and Requirements:
· Support customers by answering product and service questions; provide pricing and alternate suggestions about other products and services.
· Establish customer accounts, accept and process orders, and calculate commissions.
· Maintain customer records, update account information, and file documentation.
· Process sales orders, work orders, picking sheets, and invoicing.
· Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer’s complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution, and expediting corrective action. Follow up to assure resolution and customer satisfaction.
· Maintain accounts by processing customer adjustments.
· Prepares product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information.
· Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Education/Experience:
· Three to five years of experience in a commercial/institutional products environment with familiarity dealing with manufacturer’s representatives and end users is desirable and preferred.
· Good Microsoft Excel and Word, data entry, and analytical skills.

Pay: $45,000.00 per year
