Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional Customer Service to clients
- Assist customers with product information and enrollment
- Utilize upselling techniques to promote additional products or services
Skills:
- Proficiency in English is a must and Spanish is a plus
- Strong sales skills with the ability to upsell products or services
- Proficient in data entry with excellent attention to detail
- Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
