Customer Service Representative

Full-time, on-site role for a Customer Service Representative at The Swab Agency - Farm Bureau Insurance, located in Bridgman, MI. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for providing exceptional Customer Service, responding to customers' inquiries, requests, and concerns, and maintaining accurate records. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications:

- Must be Property & Casualty Licensed or able to obtain
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in Customer Service or call center environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred
