We have an opening for a Full-time Customer Service Representative. We are looking for an individual that has experience and/or an enthusiasm to learn Customer Service and sales skills. The position also entails data entry, entry-level office duties, and answering inbound customer calls.
We are looking for the following qualifications:
- Answer inbound calls regarding questions about customer accounts and services we offer
- Outstanding communication skills via email and phone
- Ability to focus on the customer; great people skills
- Demonstrate a strong work ethic
- Able to prioritize tasks
- Capable of multi-tasking and managing time efficiently
- Detail-oriented with excellent follow through
- Work effectively under pressure and maintain a positive attitude
- Able to work effectively in a team environment
- Strong problem solving skills
- Proficient 10-key and computer skills
- Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- General math skills
Requirements:
- Criminal background check
- Full-time 32-40 hours per week (8am - 5pm Mon-Fri)
- Prior experience preferred
