Customer Service Representative

We have an opening for a Full-time Customer Service Representative. We are looking for an individual that has experience and/or an enthusiasm to learn Customer Service and sales skills. The position also entails data entry, entry-level office duties, and answering inbound customer calls.

We are looking for the following qualifications:

• Answer inbound calls regarding questions about customer accounts and services we offer
• Outstanding communication skills via email and phone
• Ability to focus on the customer; great people skills
• Demonstrate a strong work ethic
• Able to prioritize tasks
• Capable of multi-tasking and managing time efficiently
• Detail-oriented with excellent follow through
• Work effectively under pressure and maintain a positive attitude
• Able to work effectively in a team environment
• Strong problem solving skills
• Proficient 10-key and computer skills
• Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
• General math skills

Requirements:

• Criminal background check
• Full-time 32-40 hours per week (8am - 5pm Mon-Fri)
• Prior experience preferred
