We are looking for a Client Service Representative to answer incoming calls, greet clients and pets, enter detailed/accurate information into the patient/client's electronic charts and be the face of Plymouth Veterinary Hospital.
- The applicants need to have 2 or more years of experience in the veterinary hospital setting.

Responsibilities
- Manage large amounts of incoming calls
- Make appointments
- Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the correct medical terminology
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; and follow up to ensure resolution
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
- Take the extra mile to engage the customer
Skills
- Proven customer support as a client Service Representative at a veterinary hospital
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Typing speed: 45-60 WPM
- Associate degree or higher

Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
