We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and driven individual to join our team as a. This position will have a 90 day paid training period with the current personal lines retention manager to ensure a smooth transition into the role.
Requirements:
- Currently hold or willing to get Property & Casualty, Health & Life license: If you do not already have these licenses, we will support and guide you in obtaining them. You will have a ninety day window to obtain it.
- Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to navigate tough conversations with empathy and professionalism.
- Organizational Prowess: Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities to manage diverse responsibilities.
- Positive attitude: A can-do attitude and a commitment to delivering exceptional Customer Service.
- Great listening and service skills: The ability to actively listen to address & manage clients concerns and needs.
- Eagerness to learn and grow: Stay updated on industry trends and continually improve your skills.
- Career mindset: A long-term commitment to a rewarding career in the insurance industry.
- Ability to work with a team: Collaborate effectively with our team to achieve shared goals and objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Policy Requoting & Retention: Proactively going over insurance policies, identifying and addressing cases where premium exceeds predetermined market thresholds.
- Customer Service Support: Handle overflow phone calls and walk-ins, providing exceptional Customer Service and support as needed.
