Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional Customer Service to clients via phone, email, and chat
- Assist customers with inquiries, concerns, and requests in a professional and timely manner
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently
- Perform data entry tasks to update customer information in the database
- Analyze customer feedback and provide appropriate solutions or recommendations
- Upsell products or services to customers when applicable
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively address customer inquiries
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong sales and Customer Service background
- Proficient in data entry and computer skills
- Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Ability to handle difficult or irate customers with professionalism and empathy
- Knowledge of phone etiquette and ability to handle high call volumes
