Key Responsibilities:

• Perform assessments, diagnoses, and treatment of patients with chronic pain conditions.
• Develop and implement personalized Pain Management plans, including interventional procedures when necessary.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including physical therapists, nurses, and surgeons, to optimize patient care.
• Stay updated on the latest advancements in Pain Management and maintain best practices in patient care.
• Provide compassionate care, educate patients on Pain Management techniques, and address their concerns.

Qualifications:

• Medical degree with board certification in Pain Medicine.
• State of Illinois medical license and DEA registration.
• Proven experience in performing Interventional Pain Management procedures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Commitment to providing high-quality, patient-centered care.
