Great Garden Plants is currently seeking a Customer Service Representativeto provide outstanding Customer Service!
- Process orders in accordance with company policies/procedures.
- Answer the telephone and respond to emails and chats in a timely manner.
- Provide horticulture information to educate customers on our products.
- Promote our company brand professionally.
- Other projects as assigned.
- Performs other related duties as required.

- Follow Great Garden Plants, Inc. Safety Handbook.
- Two years’ previous sales/marketing and Customer Service experience
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Commitment to providing excellent Customer Service
- Positive and energetic personality
- Strong computer and phone skills
- Accurate data entry skills
- Ability to multi-task with various projects
- Attention to detail
- Horticultural knowledge a plus
- Work independently with limited direct supervision
- Must maintain a level of performance equivalent to company standards, that being a “Meets Expectations” in all areas of your performance evaluations (including but not limited to, Self and Management reviews).

Job Type: Seasonal -Full time, hourly (exempt); This is not a remote position.
Pay: starting at $17.34 hour.
