Farmers Insurance Agency Debbie Montgomery is seeking a passionate, self-driven, support staff person with a desire to make a difference in people's lives as well as their own! Our fast paced insurance office is looking to fill a full time licensed insurance support staff person. At our agency you will build and develop client relationships within the Moffat County communities that we serve by promoting our products and the superior Customer Service of our agency. We then support you as you learn and grown within our agency. As a licensed support staff person you will be part of a team that is helping to grow the revenue of our office as well as grow your own earning potential! As our client base grows, your earning potential grows through a combination of base pay, commission and bonus incentives. Responsibilities
- Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.
- Treat each customer contact as a cross and up-sell opportunity including financial products.
- Develop insurance quotes, makes sales presentations, and closes sales.
- Thoroughly understand and follow all underwriting, rating, and compliance requirements.
- Prospecting and generating new business through leads & referral sources.
Requirements
- Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful and be coachable.
- Possess an upbeat, positive, and enthusiastic attitude.
- Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up.
- Bilingual, fluent in both English and Spanish is beneficial.
- Computer knowledge and phone etiquette is a must
- Must be able to pass a background check
