The Big Task
You will promote customer satisfaction by converting incoming customer calls into booked service appointments.
KeyTasks
· You will answer incoming customer phone calls and schedule jobs for plumbing crews.
· Will act as a backup for dispatch.
· Participate in training so that you grow and develop as a professional.
· Maintain and update our customer database with complete and accurate information.
· Maintain communication with dispatch and your manager.
· Make follow up calls to customers, ensuring expectations have been met, and address any further questions/concerns they may have.
· Other routine office duties
Preferred Qualifications
· 2-4 years relevant experience required. Phone based Customer Service or call center environment highly preferred
· Plumbing or construction industry experience preferred
· Service Titan experience highly preferred
