Handle customer complaints professionally, ensuring a positive resolution.
Diagnose, assess, and resolve problems related to delivery routes, including monitoring progress and verifying documentation.
Process changes or cancellations to delivery orders accurately and efficiently.
Scan haul-away pods and verify stamps to ensure proper handling of materials.
Working hours: 5:00 AM - 5:00 PM (Various Shifts Available)
Skills:
Strong customer service skills with the ability to resolve issues effectively.
Excellent multitasking and organizational abilities, thriving under pressure.
Confidence, attention to detail, and proficiency with numbers.
Ability to interact effectively with truck drivers and other stakeholders.
Professional email writing skills and competence in MS Office, Excel, Outlook, and databases.
Familiarity with inventory management and warehouse systems.

Qualifications:
Experience with Microsoft Office programs (MS Project, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
High school diploma or equivalent.
1 year of related experience, preferably within a warehouse environment
