OverviewWe seek extremely motivated, high-energy people to join our inbound/outbound Customer Service Team. Your primary role is answering inbound and returning calls from prospective members inquiring about Medicare Advantage products offered through our clients.
- Handle inbound calls from prospective members for Medicare Advantage plans by following the approved script.
- Make outbound calls to prospective members who have requested a callback.
- Enter prospective member information into the company's Customer Relationship Management System (CRM) accurately and competently.
- Follow the approved script to determine the prospective member's Medicare Advantage plan eligibility and update the CRM system accordingly.
- Warm Transfer prospective members to designated telesales team(s)
- Obtain an approved agreement (Scope of Appointment) from prospective members who want a home appointment by following the approved script and documenting it in the CRM system.
- Inform prospective members of available seminars and register them as needed through the CRM system accordingly.
- Fulfillment of informational kits as requested by prospective members through the CRM system.
- Follow all Federal, State, Cirrus, and Client policies and procedures.

Minimum Requirements:
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- Must have some call center experience (6 months)
Training/Work Schedule:
- Training schedule: Mon - Fri 9 am - 5:30 pm
- Work Mon - Fri 1:30 pm - 10 pm
