Job Summary
This role will own end-to-end program management for Employee Engagement Programs including Recognition and our HR Change Process, and will also define the experience for, and partner across the organization to ensure EX actualization for talent programs such as onboarding, leadership development, culture champions, and employer brand. They will also develop and implement content and change strategies that align with our EX strategy and people aspirations to enable successful adoption and elevate engagement across the enterprise. This role is a “player-coach” people-leader.
Responsibilities
- Define and uphold governance, measure and continuously improve program effectiveness
- Project management, business process improvement, and organizational change management to align HR with multidisciplinary stakeholders in finance, business operations, legal and technology
- Plan and execute of strategic initiatives; design efficient and effective work processes; pursue overall continuous improvement; the design, implementation and assessment of change management strategies
- Function as enterprise POC on cross-functional committees to ensure decentralized recognition programs align to the enterprise values and focus
- Partner with enterprise and leadership teams to fuel a culture of recognition
- In partnership with the engagement analytics team, use the voice of the employee data and survey feedback to inform program strategies
- Lead change management and communications planning for critical people projects and initiatives
- Unify dynamic cross-functional and project teams towards successful achievement of shared business goals
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or related experience in Human Resources, Talent Management, Learning & Development, Organizational Development, or similar field required
- 10+ year background in engagement and experience focused roles
- 7+ years background in a program management
- 5+ years experience in project management (leading projects)
- 3+ years people management experience
- Knowledge of Qualtrics platform, preferred
- Champion of change management and human behavior, preferred
- Comfortable with executive presentations
- Strong written and verbal communication skillset
- Experience collaborating across matrix organizations
- Ability to thrive in periods of transformation, while balancing competing stakeholders and deliverables
- Understands and applies knowledge of modern, adult learning techniques

This position is identified as being performed in/or reporting to company operations in New York State. Salary ranges are supplied in compliance with New York State law. Pay is competitive and based on a number of job-related factors, including skills and experience. The starting pay rate/range at time of hire for this position in the posted location is $141,372.00 - $201,960.00 / year. The rate/range provided herein is the anticipated pay at the time of hire, and does not reflect future job opportunity.
