Malone Workforce Solutions is looking for a Customer Service Representativethat is responsible for entering, monitoring, and tracking installs, start-ups, and special programs, claims/invoicing/start-up paperwork, maintains order information filing system.
Shift: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Pay: $17/hr
Essential Job Functions:
- Entering, monitoring, and tracking of customer purchase orders.
- Maintain order information filing system.
- Analyzes Customer Service needs and refers to other service or technical departments for follow up as needed.
Job Requirements:
- High School Diploma, with a minimum of one year of experience in product or Customer Service is required.
- Intermediate computer skills required.
- Familiar and able to work with Microsoft Office programs.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Basic planning and problem solving/analytical skills.
- Accurate, detail oriented and organized.
- Outgoing and engaging personality.
- Able to function in a fast-paced environment coping with frequent changes, delays, or unexpected events.
- Normal office environment; must be able to sit for long periods of time.
