Position Overview:
As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a vital role in our Service Department across multiple locations. Your responsibilities will include handling incoming and outgoing phone calls and emails, confirming service appointments, and providing respectful follow-ups to ensure an outstanding customer experience. Generating repeat business by proactively engaging with current customers and ensuring their complete satisfaction will be a key focus. While prior call center experience is a plus, it is not required. This position would be working Monday - Friday from 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM or 10:00 AM - 3:00 PM with rotating Saturdays.

- Possess at least 1+ years of Customer Service experience.
Essential Functions:
In this role, your essential functions will include:
- Promptly answering all incoming Service Department phone calls and emails.
- Contacting current and former service customers to confirm and schedule appointments.
- Effectively communicating with internet customers using their preferred method of communication.
- Maintaining accurate data in the customer database.
- Scheduling service appointments at the earliest available time slots.
- Following up with customers to ensure their complete satisfaction and addressing any concerns promptly.
Requirements (to be considered for this opportunity, you must meet the following requirements):
- At least 18 years of age
- Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen for illegal substances
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Bilingual is preferred
