Job Description: Drafting Technician

Role Overview:

This position is for an electrical CAD Drafting Technician that supports the Neenah Cold Spring Facility. The role entails updating red-lined electrical prints, maintaining machine documentation, and supporting small plant-run design projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Use AutoCAD knowledge to maintain machine electrical documentation

• Update prints based on feedback from engineers or electricians

• Create construction package documentation for small-scale projects

Qualifications:

• Experience with AutoCad v20

• Competent with Microsoft Word, Excel, Teams, PowerPoint

• Good communication skills

• Knowledge of electrical drawing device symbols

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Rockwell RSLogix 5, 500 and 5000 PLC software

• Knowledge of drawing system

• NFPA70e trained

Other:

• 40-hour work week; typical hours 7am – 3:30pm

• Majority of work to be conducted on-site

• Learn KC drawing standards

Job Type: Contract

Salary: $26.00 per hour
