Salary- Only local food distributor in our area is expanding and in need of experienced Sales Personnel
Unlimited Growth if you can:
- Provide exceptional Customer Service to clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services to meet their requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions using CRM software.
- Handle customer complaints or escalations, ensuring a satisfactory resolution.
- Conduct market research to identify potential leads and opportunities for business growth.
- Support the account management team in maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.
Requirements
- Previous experience in Customer Service or a related field is preferred.
- Outside Sales Experience / B2B.
- Restaurant Experience Required.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Fluent in Spanish is a plus.
- Proficient in using Entre or similar CRM software.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills.
- Ability to analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
