What We Need:
Currently looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team in Moorestown, NJ to listen and respond to customers' questions. Customer Service Representatives work with customers to resolve complaints, process orders, and provide information about an organization's products and services
Duties involve:
· You will handle & execute all incoming and outgoing calls on a daily basis
· You will provide exceptional Customer Service while communicating , selling, promoting our full portfolio and any other general interest to our customers
· You will work closely with account personnel to ensure that together the customer’s needs are met and assist other departments when needed
· You will monitor freezers to ensure a return on investments
· You will be expected to utilize your time productively & creatively to increase business
· You will report problems to Customer Service Manager and recommend solutions
· Other customer related duties as assigned or asked of by Customer Service Manager
What You Need:
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Sales & Customer Service experience – grocery/foodservice/telemarketing preferred.
- Experience with multiline phone systems.
- Microsoft Office and Excel experience is preferred.
- Fluent in Spanish is a plus.
