The Customer Service Representative (CSR) functions as the primary face of our organization and must be an exceptional relationship builder to provide outstanding concierge service to corporate and general aviation clients.
Main Purpose of the Role
The CSR reports to the General Manager, participates in a ‘we’ environment, and is responsible for guest services at the airport, including but not limited to rental car and catering arrangements.
The Customer Service Representative must be an assertive, self-starter, who proactively assumes responsibility for the airlines operational integrity and takes action to keep the FBO safe, on-time and consistent with our values. The CSR must be highly organized, focused, and multitask oriented with the ability to prioritize tasks. The position requires quick thinking, and an in depth knowledge of overall operations.
To ensure a safe work environment, we require a thorough criminal background check, drug and alcohol screening prior to employment.
This is a part-time position.
Employment Requirements
- Applicants must be at least 18yrs old, with a High School Diploma or G.E.D.
- Valid US work Authorization
- Able to speak, read and write fluently in English
- At least 1-3 years of Customer Service experience, preferably in general aviation, or Hotel/Resort Customer Service
- Knowledge of all types of general and corporate aviation aircraft and their service requirements is a plus.
- Previous Airline or Travel Industry experience preferred.
- Excellent organizational, Customer Service and communication skills·
- Professional in appearance and mannerisms
- Flexible schedule to work nights, weekends & holidays

- Basic Math Skills: Addition, Subtraction, Division, and Multiplication
- Computer Literate
- Able to stand, bend, squat, reach, grasp and pick up items; occasional lifting up to 20lbs
- Willingness to work hard and have fun doing it
