Job DescriptionOur client within the auto insurance industry is hiring for Customer Service Representatives to join their team! This is a great opportunity to join a growing team and advance within the company. This role is ONSITE in Liberty Lake, WA and goes hybrid after 90 days.
Job Description
+ Assists customers with new and existing claims
+ Promotes participation of our client's preferred provider programs and services when applicable
+ Provides telephone coverage in accordance with position description
+ Adheres to the standards put forth in call strength audit guidelines
+ Actively works to increase product knowledge - utilizes KM and resources from the SCO Intranet pages
+ Meets performance and dependability expectations as outlined by management
+ Contributes to a positive and respectful environment that fuels engagement
+ May be called upon to handle additional duties as required
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Secure and maintain state and non-resident licenses
+ Regular evening, weekend and holiday coverage as dictated by business needs
+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Word
+ Complete ongoing job-related training as assigned through ATLAS or otherwise
