A large nationwide freight and analytics company is looking to add Customer Service Representative's (Candidates will do Business to Business Customer Service) to their team in Beaverton, Oregon. The position will be Hybrid, allowing 2-3 days remotely each week! The team is interested in candidates with previous Call Center or Contact Center experience.
Description:
- Inbound Customer Service team for the Business to Business Calls team
- Develops strong relationships with customers and ensures timely payments.
- Manage customer accounts, receiving and accurately posting payments.
- Inform customers about the status of their accounts in a timely manner.
- Collect payments from customers to bring overdue accounts current.
- Investigate billing related questions and work directly with customers to resolve any issues.
Additional Skills & Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of success working in a billing or call center role is strongly preferred
- Strong familiarity with Salesforce preferred
