Job Description
TennMax Inc. is an international electronic manufacturing company with factories located around the world and headquartered in Vancouver, WA. We are looking for a self-motivated Customer Service Representative to be a liaison between our international factories and customers.
What you'll do:
Essential Duties and Responsibilities would include customer order entry, coordinating with factories, supporting sales in quoting activities and customer support and follow-up.
Who we want:
A person with attention to detail and a drive for high-quality work are core strengths. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite with excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to remain positive in an ever-changing, fast-paced environment. Preferred candidate would have experience using an ERP system and ability to work autonomously without supervision.
