Position Title: Customer Service Representative
Business Unit: Treasury
Reports to: Manager of Capital Testing
Position Overview:
This position is responsible for transactions, maintenance and reports related to the F.N.B. Financial Services subordinated note investment portfolio on a daily basis. The incumbent performs other functions including bank reconciliations, signature card maintenance, customer satisfaction surveys, privacy opt outs, currency transaction report (CTR) searches and record retention.
Primary Responsibilities:
Handles all transactions related to the servicing of F.N.B. Financial Service's Subordinated Notes (Daily, Special and Term notes) including opening, closing, transferring, performing additional purchases and redemptions of investment accounts, customer communications, inquiries and account maintenance.
Prepares and distributes investment note rates. Distributes term note maturity letters and confirmations. Prepares requests from attorneys and accounting firms. Administers holds for collateral requests and investigates dormant accounts. Investigate and research returned mail, as well as incorrect address report.
Administers daily balancing of Prologue and branch checking account, researches and corrects any mismatches. Calculates and executes daily balancing, deposits and transfer of funds to and from First National Bank.
Performs daily CTR searches, reviews results and, if necessary, contacts branch to assure a CTR has been filed. Retains records for F.N.B. Financial Services and processes requests for items from storage and record retention system. Coordinates privacy opt out requests for F.N.B. Financial Services. Updates customer information and maintains records of requests.
Primary backup to daily check and interest funding. Backup to all general ledger balancing and maintenance. Primary backup to management, maturity, AML and other exception reports.
Performs other related duties and projects as assigned.
