MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions.
- Problem-solving attitude with the ability to think on your feet.
- Previous Customer Service experience is a plus.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide exceptional Customer Service.
- Assist customers in navigating our arcade, explaining game rules, and troubleshooting any technical issues.
- Process transactions efficiently and accurately
- Keep the arcade area clean, organized, and always ready for the next wave of gamers.
- Act as a brand ambassador, promoting our loyalty programs and special promotions.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and concerns with a positive and solution-oriented mindset.
