Key Responsibilities:
● Appointment Scheduling: Reach out to potential leads via phone, email, or other channels to book appointments.
● Account Management: Efficiently manage and nurture relationships with up to 10 client accounts, ensuring each client’s specific requirements are met.
● Performance Tracking: Maintain meticulous records of appointment bookings and performance metrics, allowing for data-driven strategies and client reporting.
● Follow-up: Implement a rigorous follow-up process to boost appointment conversion rates, enhance client satisfaction, and secure repeat business.
● Quality Control: Guarantee that all booked appointments align with quality and scheduling standards, reflecting positively on our clients’ reputation.
● Adaptability: Be agile and quick to adapt to shifting procedures, client needs, and industry developments, consistently delivering results.
Qualifications:
● Previous experience in a call center, with a focus on booking appointments for a related industry.
● Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to effectively manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
● Strong proficiency in tracking, analyzing, and reporting on performance metrics.
● Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, enabling effective client
interactions.
