Customer Service Representative | Family Owned

About the Position

• Your job is to call and thank people for supporting us.
• The majority of people that you will talk to just need someone to listen, understand, care, let them know that we care about them, and on occasion forward the call to a specialist within our team that can help
• Attend daily huddle meetings and trainings
• Track all communication attempts and provide detailed daily reports about call activity

This is Not

• This is not a sales job, not recruiting job, not donation begging job, not mlm
• This position is not involved in the technical side of property tax protesting or real estate
• Experience is always helpful, but no experience or license of any kind is required

Requirements

• Excellent computer and phone skills
• Willingness to undergo a rigorous training program, daily huddles, direct mentorship
• Comfortable learning new technology
• Eager to receive direct criticism to improve serving clients at a higher level
• Willingness for management to review calls and provide direct constructive critisism to foster improvement
• 50 wpm typing speed

Beneficial Experience (not required)

• We train from the ground up. Your values and work ethic matter most
• Customer service and/or phone experience is a big plus
• Real estate, property tax experience is a plus

Hours, Location & Pay

• Compensation commensurate with experience and position
• After 90 day probationary period, salary and benefits package will be offered
• Optional advancement opportunities
• Options: 40 hours per week or flexible hours with pay per call option
• Off most major holidays
• Both work-from-home and in-office options available
