Requirements:
- Have a courteous and pleasant demeanor
- Managing incoming calls and Customer Service inquiries
- Identify customers’ issues (plumbing or HVAC) and booking the job accordingly.
- Utilize great communication skills to ensure the customer is satisfied and all needed information is received during the call.
- Technician Scheduling & Dispatching
- Handles Invoice Process
- Perform clerical and mail processes
- Additional duties as directed by owners/manager
