We are looking for a high-performing Customer Service Representative to join our successful team. If you have a proven track record of sales experience and fantastic communication skills, we want to hear from you.
As an Customer Service Representative, you will help our location achieve its goals by delivering best in class Customer Service. You will be responsible for knowing our full product & service line, how to best service our customers and how to successfully work with your team members to achieve the locations goals.
This is a great opportunity for someone with strong interpersonal skills and Customer Service experience.
Responsibilities
- Receive & deliver on customer requests (Both phone & in person)
- Effectively understand customer requests
- Clearly communicate promise times
- Help manage the daily schedule
- Create a professional environment that builds rapport and puts customers at ease
- Answer customer questions about their service requests & needs
- Use strong negotiation skills to complete the sales process while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
- Data entry
- Invoicing customers
- Manage Email Account
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is required; bachelors degree is preferred
- Valid state-issued drivers license and clean driving record is required
- Prior sales experience/Customer Service in a dealership or showroom setting is preferred
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage time and serve customers with little supervision
