Csr - Customer Service Representative

Responsibilities:
- Communicate with customers via phone, email, or chat to provide information and assistance
- Assist customers with product inquiries, order placement, and order tracking
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Utilize sales techniques to promote products or services to customers
- Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
- Handle customer complaints or concerns with empathy and professionalism
- Conduct outbound calling campaigns to follow up on leads or gather customer feedback
- Maintain a high level of phone etiquette and professionalism in all customer interactions

Qualifications:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Spanish
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry tasks
- Previous Customer Service experience is preferred but not required
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proficient in using computer systems and software applications
- Ability to adapt to changing processes or procedures
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $52,000.00 - $70,000.00 per hour
