CSR - Customer Service Representative Job Type: Full-time

We are looking for a customer-oriented Service Representative. The Customer Service Representative, or CSR, will act as a liaison, provide product/services information, work closely with Sales Reps, enter orders for same day shipping, and resolve any emerging problems that our accounts might face with accuracy and efficiency. The best CSRs are genuinely excited to help customers. They are patient, empathetic, and passionately communicative. The target is to ensure excellent service standards, respond efficiently to customer inquiries and maintain high customer satisfaction. We are a long-time established importer & wholesaler in the textile industry, and this is a career long position for the right person.

Responsibilities

• Manage incoming calls and take incoming orders.
• Data Entry for customer orders, process CC payments, & follow-up orders once shipped.
• Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.
• Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.
• Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
• Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
• Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
• Provide daily support to Sales Team

Skills

• Proven customer support experience or experience as a client Service Representative
• Strong phone skills and active listening
• Strong experience with computers
• MUST know Excel & Outlook and be familiar w/Microsoft Office
• Customer oriented and possess ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $14.25 - $16.25 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
