What you will do:
- Solicit orders from new and prospective customers via Chat, email, and phone
- Order and product management
- Responsible for managing inventory and orders on different sales platforms
- Responsible for product inquiries
- Listen well to Customer inquiries and respond with incredible service
- Comprehensive knowledge of Products and services
- Nurture partnerships with key accounts and valued customers
Qualifications:
5+ years experience working with people and on the phone.
