Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
1 or more years of Customer Service in a manufacturing or industrial environment preferred.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
Ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient in MS Office, internet searches, and other related software programs
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Starting rate of pay for this position is $17.50/hour.
